What to Expect:

✔ If the delivery driver believes you are under 25, they will request photo ID (Challenge 25 policy)
✔ Acceptable forms of ID:

  • Passport

  • Driving Licence

  • Government-issued photo ID with date of birth
    ✔ If ID is not provided, your parcel may be returned to a Royal Mail depot, where you must collect it with a valid ID

If You’re Not Home:

❌ Your parcel cannot be left with neighbours or in a safe place
📍 It must be collected from a Royal Mail depot with an accepted ID
