We offer collections for orders at our Beaumont Leys Store ONLY (7 Sheene Rd, Leicester LE4 1BF). Orders are ready for collection within 2 hours of being placed.

🔹 Weekend collections are unavailable after 12 PM as our warehouse is closed.

Free UK Delivery on Orders Over £20

Enjoy free delivery when you spend over £20 (otherwise, a charge of £4.79 applies).

📦 Orders placed by 6:30 PM (Monday - Friday) are dispatched the same day via courier (excluding bank holidays).

📦 Orders placed after 6:30 PM will be dispatched the next working day.

📦 Orders placed on Saturday will be dispatched on Sunday for delivery on Monday.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Vapes MCR is not responsible for any customs charges, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, returns, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

📌 If a parcel is rejected by customs in the destination country, the importer is responsible for all shipping fees.

Shipping Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange unless your item is under warranty.

To qualify for a return (unless defective), the item must:

✔ Be unused and in the same condition as received.

✔ Include original packaging with all hardware (outer sleeve must be intact, as it contains product serial numbers).

✔ Free gifts or samples from your order are yours to keep and do not need to be returned.

How to Request a Return

What Happens After Returning the Product?

🧐 Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you via email if:

✅ Approved: We will proceed with the refund or exchange.

❌ Rejected: The item will be sent back to you.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend:

2️⃣ Email us to request a return of the unwanted item.

3️⃣ Once received, we will process your refund for the returned item.

This ensures you receive the correct item quickly without waiting for the exchange process.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, we will:

✔ Process the refund to your original payment method.
