Refunds & Returns
At Vapes MCR, all our shipments are fully tracked, and tracking numbers are provided upon request. If your shipment is lost, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. After 7 days, we may not be able to assist in tracking the shipment.
Returns for Non-Faulty Goods
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item to Vapes MCR within 7 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original condition (online customers only). Each returned product must include all parts, accessories, instructions, and packaging. This includes items such as cable ties and plug covers.
Please note that if security seals are broken or if blister packaging/original packaging has been opened, the product is not considered to be in its original condition, and you will not be refunded, including any postage costs incurred by you. Contact our Customer Services team at 0161 818 4666 or email contact@vapesmcr.co.uk for instructions on how and where to return items.
The customer is responsible for the postage cost of returning the goods. For expensive items, we recommend using a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon receipt, as this insures the package in case it goes missing. The product remains your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address.
We do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post. We regret that we cannot accept returns on the following non-faulty products:
- Products that have been personalized, made to order, or customized in any way.
- Products where the packaging or any components have been unsealed or damaged.
- Perishable products.
- Non-faulty products that do not arrive at Vapes MCR in a resalable condition.
In such cases, we will be unable to offer a refund. We will contact you to arrange for the product to be sent back to you and to take payment for the delivery costs. Alternatively, Vapes MCR offers a credit return policy, allowing you to receive credit of equal value to spend on any other Vapes MCR products. This policy does not apply to faulty products (see below for details).
Vapes MCR reserves the right to make a decision regarding refunds based on the case and situation. A £6 administration charge applies to all refunded items.
Returns for Faulty Goods
If the product you ordered is faulty, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to return it. Parcels or items damaged in transit must be reported to Vapes MCR by 3:00 pm on the next working day following delivery and also by email within 3 days.
Please contact our Customer Services team at 0161 818 4666 or email contact@vapesmcr.co.uk for instructions on how to return the items and to obtain a Returns Authorization Code. Failure to do this may delay the processing of your return.
You are required to complete a Returns Form (available under the ‘Warranty’ link at the bottom of the website homepage) and return it with your order. When returning faulty items, you may be asked to return the goods yourself. Upon receipt, Vapes MCR will repair or replace the product in its entirety or by replacing the faulty component(s). We normally request that goods be sent back via First Class Royal Mail (Recorded Delivery).
For Disposable Vapes: If you receive a pack or bulk disposable vapes and find that one or two are faulty, please do not use the remaining vapes. Instead, contact us for a replacement. We will only compensate for up to two faulty disposables if you have already opened and used the others.
No Refunds for Opened or Used Products
We will repair or replace any defective components covered under warranty, but we do not offer refunds for any product that has been opened or used. If the deadline for reporting parcels damaged during transit is not met, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or replacement goods. We will not confirm receipt of your return. After receiving your goods, we aim to process replacements or refunds within 7 working days. The cost of your purchase will be refunded to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds take 5 working days to clear from the point of processing. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Warranty and Product Specifics
- Without a receipt, we cannot accept any returned items or honor any warranty claims.
- All our mods, batteries, and chargers come with a 28-day warranty.
- Atomizers, clearomizers, and tanks come with a dead-on-arrival guarantee. For hygiene purposes, no company will accept returns of these items. You have 48 hours to report any faults. Most basic models are disposable and typically last 2-6 weeks depending on use.
- No returns are accepted for products that are in working order but are disliked by the customer.
- No returns are accepted for e-liquids purchased due to hygiene reasons.
- Reward, loyalty, and discount vouchers are redeemable only with liquid purchases and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
- No returns are accepted for products that have been opened and are not in their original packaging.
- No exchange/return/refunds are available for short circuit kits.
- No exchange/refunds are available for personal preferences once a product has been opened and used.
- No refunds are available for courier charges if the return reason is a change of mind or refusal to accept on arrival.
- Due to hygiene reasons, e-liquids, mouthpieces, and coils do not have warranties.
