We offer a 30-day return or replacement policy from the date of receipt on eligible electronic devices. If your product develops a fault within this period, contact us for an assessment and potential replacement or refund.

🚨 Conditions:

  • The device must not show signs of physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

  • It must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.


Manufacturer Warranties

Many vaping devices come with a manufacturer warranty beyond our 30-day policy. These typically range from 6 to 12 months, depending on the brand.

✔ Covered under our 30-day policy.
✔ Manufacturer warranties typically 6-12 months.
Not covered: Accidental damage, general wear & tear, misuse.

Batteries

✔ Covered under our 30-day policy if not damaged due to misuse.
Not covered: General wear & tear, mishandling, overcharging.

Battery Chargers

✔ Covered under our 30-day policy.
Not covered: Faults caused by improper use or mishandling.

E-Liquids / Pods / Disposable Vapes / Tobacco Sticks

  • No warranty due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • If faulty on arrival, report within 7 days.

  • Disposable vape claims require batch numbers and photographic evidence.

🚨 Note: We cannot replace/refund used items or those discarded without proof.

Tanks / Clearomisers / Cartomisers

✔ Generally considered consumable.
✔ If faulty on arrival, report within 7 days for a replacement/refund.
Not covered: User damage, leaks due to misuse, modifications.


What is NOT Covered?

❌ Normal wear & tear
❌ Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care
❌ Issues caused by incorrect charging or incompatible accessories
❌ Leaks due to improper storage or handling
❌ Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, broken plastic)
❌ Modified or altered products
❌ Opened/used e-liquids, pods, or disposables


How to Make a Claim

  • If the item is faulty under our 30-day policy, we will replace or refund it.

  • If covered by a manufacturer warranty, we will guide you through the process.

  • If no fault is found, we will return the item (a delivery charge may apply).
